PRESIDENT: ALLEN CUPITT
Allen is the Managing Director of a leading regional provider of internet, IT and related services.  He has served on the Board of the Berrima District Credit Union for many years, including three years as Chairman.  Allen is a graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  Allen is also a founding member and former President of the Rotary Club of Berrima District and has twice been awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship.
Allen was elected SHYAC President in March 2009 shortly after joining the SHYAC Committee.  He has particularly focused on improving SHYAC’s governance and administrative standards, strategic and policy agenda, constitutional reform process as well as offering practical assistance with all of SHYAC’s projects as required.


VICE-PRESIDENT: PAUL McSHANE
Paul is Managing Director of a Bowral-based company in the book trade that operates nationally and globally via the internet, as well as an international postal freight business.  He has an extensive management background as director level in marketing, public relations, fundraising and corporate development across the non-profit, local government and university sectors.  Paul was awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2002 for international research and is active in various community service initiatives, including Rotary. He joined the SHYAC Committee in early 2009 and was elected Secretary in March 2009. He was primarily responsible for promoting SHYAC’s 2009 production of The Wizard of Oz. Paul has been instrumental in SHYAC’s successful IMB grant applications for $25,000 in 2009 and $12,000 in 2010 and has been appointed to direct SHYAC’s Production and Outreach Development project.

VACANT. The role of the secretary is presently filled by staff.


TREASURER and PUBLIC OFFICER: DIANNE MANLEY
Dianne Manley has been a Manager for IMB for 10 years.  Dianne’s role includes managing the Bowral Branch, home loan lending and has 5 staff under her leadership.  During this time Dianne has volunteered her time to assist community groups that have received funding from IMB Community Foundation Grants and has made presentations to school Youth in the areas of Finance & Careers.  Dianne is also a member of Berrima District Rotary.  Dianne has also been Treasurer of SHYAC for the past year.


STAFF
MANDY BRANSGROVE
Mandy has served on the SHYAC Management Committee for several years and is a former Vice president.  Mandy was SHYAC Production Liaison Manager for The Wizard of Oz in 2010.  She was Producer of OLIVIA, the second of SHYAC’s productions for 2010.  Mandy and her husband own and manage two local businesses in IT and domestic services.  Mandy hails from a family that has been prominent in show business and television and has been involved with the theatre since she was a child.
